DAccording to Law 32 of 1927, which regulates Corporations, two or more persons, either citizens or non-citizens of the Republic of Panama, may organize a local corporation known as “Sociedad Anónima” (Corporation) for any lawful purpose(s).

Panama’s strategic geographical location, the parity with the United States Dollar, its position as an international financial center and its tax regulations based on territorial principles (income derived from outside the Republic of Panama is tax exempt), make Panama a very appealing place for creating Corporations.
